In 2003, the Junior League of Beaumont unveiled its beautiful hard cover cookbook "Dining Without Reservations." The book features a delightful variety of tried and tested recipes from our active and sustaining members and members of our community. Our recipes suit a variety of pallets ranging from fine dining to Cajun good old home cooking. Each recipe is uniquely delicious with easy, understandable directions.
